Hi, I am Richard Mandelbaum and I would like to bring a neighborhood cafe back to Ryal Side.
As some of you may know the charming neighborhood Ryal Side closed and sold not too long ago. I want to continue its legacy.
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and I am currently an Executive Chef on the North Shore. I live in Ryal Side with my wife and three kids. I want to create a gathering spot for us Ryal Siders and beyond. A cozy, friendly, and convenient place to get your morning coffee or a scratch made breakfast and lunch….maybe even some prepared foods to grab for a quick week night meal.

Our cafe will obviously need to be located in Ryal Side or, it just won't make sense. The CN yellow area is the commercial zone. If you know of anyone selling real estate in this area please let me know.
